About Final Cut Pro <font color = blue>2.0</font>.<font color = blue>2</font>

Final Cut Pro <font color = blue>2.0</font>.<font color = blue>2</font> is an updater program that requires that the Final Cut Pro <font color = blue>2</font> already be installed on your hard disk. Please note that <font color = green>this</font> updater is <font color = green>for</font> the English version of Final Cut Pro <font color = blue>2.0</font>.<font color = blue>2</font> only.

This update addresses a number of known issues, including:

· Trimming numerically in the Trim Edit window no longer stops playback
· Final Cut Pro now works under Macintosh Manager
· Fixes a known issue where 32kHz audio files sounded distorted in a 48kHz sequence
· Fixes a problem where Browser items could not be renamed with the Browser in icon modes
· Addresses a known problem with the Audio Meter window which could result in Final Cut Pro quitting unexpectedly <font color = green>if</font> the computer has more than <font color = blue>1</font> GB of memory (RAM)

System requirements

Final Cut Pro <font color = blue>2.0</font>.<font color = blue>2</font> has the same system requirements as Final Cut Pro <font color = blue>2.</font>

Before you install Final Cut Pro

Important If you,re installing the English version of Final Cut Pro onto a Macintosh that has a localized Macintosh operating system, there are extension conflicts. For more information, see the Final Cut Pro Web site at <A HREF=<font color = red>"http:<font color = brown>//www.apple.com/finalcutpro"</font> TARGET=_blank>www.apple.com/finalcutpro</A> </font>

Before you install the software, make sure to turn off any virus protection and security software that you may have installed on your computer.

such a minor update, it'll probably be the second to last (if not the last) we see before they release an X version (2.5 probably).

ya, now i can't remember where i saw it first mentioned.

anyhoo, it's installed, and i've bravely restored the audio meters (500DP/1.5GB RAM), and am currently capturing this weekend's vacation antics from my nephews in pennsyltucky (as my sister calls the quaker state).

writing from the 7600, which is also busily folding protiens...Mac OS X rocks!
