How to Export MPEG-2 with Quicktime

I am trying to go from a movie in iMovie to MPEG-2 format. I heard that first you have to Export the iMovie to iDVD. I did this. Then you have to goto QT Pro and export the .mov file to MPEG-2 format. I couldn't find MPEG-2 option. How do I do this? Thanks.

QuickTime 5 doesn't export to MPEG 2 yet. QuickTime 6 should.

There should be some codecs available with DVD Studio Pro and even Final Cut Pro that allow for MPEG 2 exporting.
