I'm trying to record my guitar on my iMac. There is a delay between the note being played on the guitar and coming through the iMac's speakers using the play through on the sound control panel. It never used to be like this, but I don't know what has changed.
I recently installed the iMic, but I've eliminated that as the cause of the delay (if I plug into the sound in, I still have the delay). Any ideas?
My setup:
iMac DV 400
RAM: 512MB (virtual memory off)
OS: 9.1
