Hi, My above post explains my problem. My question here is if I trash the folder(s), will i lose my playlists? Also, I have in fact 3 Itunes Music Library Folders in my itunes document folder, is this normal? One is 396k doc, one is 1008k doc, and one is 1.3MB; Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm... IIRC Apple changed the format and name of the file when moving from iTunes 1 to iTunes 2.

All that is lost if you trash the iTunes Music Library is the playlists etc. I do this fairly frequently as I have music on an network drive when at home and a local one when on the road. Re-adding the music to the library is a fairly simple task and doesn't take too long (even with the approaching 4000 tracks in my music store).
