Does anyone have a Pentax EL100 digital camera? Can you help with a tech problem?

I have a Pentax EL100 digital camera that has now failed. The problem is that the LCD screen illuminates but I see no pictures or image view. Just a white screen. Everything else seems to work, LEDs light, frame counter on the top counts, so I don't know what's up. It bleeps when you depress the buttons etc.
If anyone out there who has the same camera can help, I'd be very grateful to them.
