Hi,

I know this has had to have been asked already so sorry in advance - here it goes:

I open an avi that I got off the internet and the dialog window pops open and says:
"You may experience problems playing a video track in "enter movies name" because the required compressor could not be found. Would you like to close the movie or continue?"

I am on a modern G4 os9 with QT4Pro - so I opened it anyway and got info on the video track that says it is MPEG4. . . .

Is there anyway to play this???

Thanks
SS

MPEG 4 is some type of hacked version of MS's MPEG4 "codec", I think...

Try the Divx ;-) player.
