I dunno whats up with this... I was dragging a file, specifically a Netscape bookmark, to a folder... I accidentally dropped it on the Audion window...
The thing just changeed to 'net' mode.
I went back to Finder and grabbed the file again, and moved it to the folder...
It said it could not be moved, cause it could not be found!
It had deleted it!
So, I tried with another file... just said it wasn't an MPEG. File remained.
So, I made another bookmark, and did the same thing.
Now, it deleted it again!
So, these files, which can lead it to a streaming mp3 server or something, but that don't take it to one, get deletd.
Now, often, apps, in a resource file, have a list of compatible file types... I'm gonna edit that so it can accept any file.
Handy tool for deleting things straight away...
Though, are they deleted properly?
They must be... deleting its name from the registry (why it can't be found), means the space it occupied was designated free, right?
Yeah well anyway...
I just thought it was cool.

This is really just from one Audion user to another. Do you know of an easy way to configure IE to choose Audion as the default streaming player. Realplayer is such a big bloody app, I'd much rather use Audion. But trying to go through the file helper dialogues takes forever and it still doesn't seem to work.. Ideas?

Hey, who moved this friggin' post?!?
I want this if the 3rd party software forum. If I wanted it in mp3, I woulda put it there!
The content of this post has nothing to do with mp3's - it has something to do with a third party piece of software interacting with non-mp3 files in a way it shouldn't!
NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AUDIO FORMAT 'mp3'!!!
Jeez...
Sorry man, dunno how to do that - I don't use streaming mp3 or anything...

Hey Cipher, check out that post above about Macster 5.5. That post they close and move to the Third-party Software forum, this Audion thread they move from the 3rd-p thread to the Mp3 thread. Who's funny, huh? Who's funny? [AARRGH!]
