How does one use playback controls on a skin? The "How to Create QuickTime Media Skins" says that you CAN do it, but doesn't give a lick of info about it?!?!!??! No Link, No Nothin. I downloaded the AppleScripts thinking there would be some info there. Nothing. Is there something I am overlooking?

Yeah, this sucks. If you notice, there are no playback controls on the custom PowerBook skinned movie.

I can't find it right now, but it doesn't have controls.

In order to make QT playback controls you need a wired sprite authoring tool. The only one worth taking a look at is LiveStage Pro from totallyHip software.

If you don't want to fork out the $700 for LiveStage Pro, you can use the demo for free. (Allows movies to be exported, does not allow projects to be saved).

I have made a series of playback controls available at my site. You can use them in a skinned movie if you like. Full instructions are included, including how to change the graphics
