IMovie audio problems

Im having problems with the audio in iMovie. Im using a G4 400 PCI with iMovie 2.03 with the extra plug ins sold by GeeThree. It will import the video but no audio at all. Has any one had this problem here.

I used iMovie 2.01 on the Powerbook and it was fine the audio import.

Any hel would be great.
