Urgent-Equalizer/Track Marking

Help!

1) Is there any Mac freeware/shareware which will allow me to run my AIFF file through an equalizer and SAVE IT?

2) Is there any Mac freeware/shareware which will allow me to take my continuous mix AIFF file (around 74 minutes) and mark each track, allowing CD players to skip to each song after I burn it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
