Hello, is there anyway to save the short films at www.pixar.com ? I have quicktime's settings to save movies in cache, but it is still not working. I do have QT 5.02 Pro and it doesn't offer the arrow on the end to save either. Any help??

pixar coded itīs html-pages to NOT cache the movies in browser cache. to get them you must take a look in the source code of the page and get the path for the movies - they are relative to the displayed page which means you must go the path from that page which source code you are looking at.

If you ever wanna grab a movie via the cache method, use Netscape Communicator, not IE - IE is funny with its cache. With Netscape, it's much easier... just grab the cache854456blah.mov or .mpg or whatever from
/System Folder/Preferences/Netscape Users/user/Cache/
In OS9, that is.
OSX? Meh, I don't care

The easiest thing is to view the movie in your browser, search the source for '.mov' and then use an HTTP downloader to grab the file.
If you are using Mac OS X, use the terminal and cd to the directory you want the movies in and use this command:
curl -O [URL]
