I just got a miniDV (lucky me) but I can get Premiere 5.1c with the Firewire 1.3 plugin, to talk to the camera by firewire to capture video. But I can't get it to go the other way. I select 'export' / 'print to tape' and select to trigger the camera box, Okay the video starts on the computer screen and the camera starts to recording but no picture.
Any ideas, the camera is a Sony be the way.

I've never had any luck with Premiere 5. Moving this to Multimedia & DV. Click thru to find it.
