Alright, does anyone here have any knowlege of RTSP? If so we really need to do something about writing a program which will allow us to download files off the RTSP servers. All those undownloadable Britney video clips on apple.com servers going to waste! *gasp*

Seriously, is there no program that can do this? I've tried all the other methods described in these forums for downloading the MacWorld keynotes, but it appears a lot of the video clips don't have HTTP versions either, just RTSP. I found a program for windows called Streambox VCR, but it didnt' work for some reason and wasn't very helpful as to why...Even if it was just a command-line linux port for OS X. Anything would help.

You can't eat all those hamburgers, you hear me you ridiculous man?

(sigh)

If AppleInsider's forums were up, I'd point you over to this thread (qt - How do I save a stream - I.E. the MacWor...) where I've documented how to download various movies from Apple's servers including the Britney Spears music videos and the Macworld keynotes.

If you post the web pages for the music videos/keynotes that you want, I'll extract the downloadable addresses again for you to download.
