Hello--
Right now I have a 56K modem connection (Earthlink). And I can't see anytihng like on www.ifilm.com or watch Qucktime movies. When i had DSL, it worked much better.

Which makes sense to me. Is it nearly impossible to see something streaming with 56K? I know you can download movies, but that takes sooo long.

Does RAM affect any of this or just connection speed?

Would RAM like my download a file and actually keep using the internet. As of now, if I'm downloading anything, my computer won't find any other pages. I have to wait until the download is complete. Not very multitask.

I'm using Mac OS 9.1 if that makes any difference. Take care and thanks.
