I have a new baby _AND_ a new CD burner.

With what software do you make Kodak Photo CD's?

Are they readable on DVD players?

Thanks.......

I think Kodak makes them for you. You can't make them youself. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Right -- with the Kodak Picture CD you drop off your film at the processing shop and you get a ready-made CD that you can run on your Mac (all the software is on the CD). You can do minor photo touch-up, e-mail photos, save to your computer as JPEGs, whatever.

There is a pro-level program called Kodak Photo CD that you need your own software to use... I don't know much about it but I'm guessing Michael is talking about the Picture CD anyway.
