I have a PowerMac 5500 w/Apple Video System(+TV tuner). If I purchase an additional DirecTV receiver will the TV tuner/Apple Video Player pick up all the channels that i have access to with DirecTV? Basically since there are some 105 channels I can get, and some of them being in the 500's, will this work?

Kevin,

The Mac would only need to 'tune' to channel 3 since the DirecTV box would act as the 'real' tuner. So yes it would work.
