Did Apple even finish the iPhoto contest they were running? That had to be the most under announced contest ever...

Apple can bite my ass! All the winners were obviously professional photographers. If they want to have a contenst for professionals, they shouldn't call the damn thing an iPhoto contest! iPhoto is supposed to be a consumer app, not professional!

BITE ME APPLE!

Can you tell I'm livid about this?

Yeah I was ticked too about the fact that most of those entries looked like they were done by pro's and some even looked like pretty extensive studio layouts. Check out the page of non-winners too- some are obviously photo shoots that were just thrown in the contest to get some free stuff. I guess Apple never really stipulated that they couldn't be done by pro's and even if they did How could you prove it.

If Apple has some iMovie contest I don't think I'll enter, Spielberg or Ridley Scott may decide they want a free iPod or something and I may not be able to compete with those guys - even if I cheat and use FCP

Yea I posted pics of my baby girl only to find Anne Lieboitz as one of the winners. Jeesh, should've been a pro and non pro category, I felt a little silly.
