the time counter on MP3 files

	currently all MP3 files we generate (using SoundJam) start at 00:00:00. Is it possible to modify an existing MP3 file so that the counter start point can be set to an arbitrary number? For example, lets say I want to the counter to read hour 18, minute 12, second 32 (18:12:32) at the head of the MP3. (We use MP3 that reference timecode tapes and it would be great if the timecode on the MP3 could be set approximately to the timecode on the tape). Thanks.
