quicktime movies on CD to show on a PC

I have created some slideshow quicktime movies that I want to put on a CD to send to my relatives that have PCs.
If they do not have quicktime installed (which I found most do not) I plan to put the QT installer for PC on the CD also.

My question/problem is: the installer (like the Mac version) requires internet access to run. Is there a full install version I can download in case they don't want to/can't connect to the internet?

Are there any alternatives?
