Chances are, that the Linux drivers rely on Linux itself, meaning the kernel. If not, then it's probably just an X Server, meaning that it would be possible to at least
port them to Darwin/OS X. There's no chance of there being any standard, Aqua/Quartz functionality being in there.
3Dlabs doesn't appear to have a wide open chip spec available, but they do offer to work with developers. With a little elbow grease, some patience, and experience with writing OS X drivers, a native solution shouldn't be that hard to come up with. As far as them
performing like they should, I dunno. Might be better off with a GeForce3. Cheaper, too.
I looked for some OPENSTEP and Rhapsody progress, but there's no support there, aside from OPENSTEP's VESA driver.
