CD Burning Problem

I have a CD of an entire concert with track breaks between songs. However, the concert is continuous and the track transitions are fluid...no pauses or noise at the end of a track. When I burn a copy, I get a "click" or pop at the end of each track, even though I've set the pause time between tracks to zero seconds. I'm using Toast 4 and I've tried checking out preferences and such, but I've been unable to find out how to solve this problem. Is there anything I can do with Toast or even another program entirely that can solve this annoying problem? Thanks.

Try it with Adaptec Jam in disk-at-once mode.
Did you use Toast in DAO mode?
