Does your mac have Firewire?
Do you or a friend have a firewire video camera with DVin?

If so you can probably output to dv tape.

you may need to save as dv stream and import to imovie, as I don't think that version of premiere can export to camera.

If this sounds like it might work, send me a mail and I will find the apple til to import to imovie.

If you try it, just use a small file or you might wait along time before you know if it works.

you're version of premerie is two behind, the latest version has some great capabilities you're missing out on. as stated above, if you have firewire, i suggest using iMovie 2, great app, it's free, and it works extermely well for simple edits. Ask me about lightsaber rotoscope effects and i'd be glad to help
