AUDIO MPEG1 LayerII reamnent BUG

QT4 has this remanent bug since QT 3.xx:
Audio MPEG1 layerII files plays at 200% volume (distorsion) and they are truncated of 200 ms or more at start.

hell ... i can't even get mp2s to load without error messages
