Can't download Quicktime 4

	When trying to download the installer, all I get is a file named "nph-qt4reg 4.pl" which is only 367 k and does nothing when clicked on. Nor can I find the installer through the FTP directory. Anyone have any ideas? I'm running 8.5.1 with IE 4.01 on a 6100/66 AV. Thanks for any help
