How do you play MP3 streams from online radio?

QT4 Player can't seem to handle the MP3 streams from the same online radio stations that advertise to WinAmp users:
http://www.datagrid.com/~flipside/station/

Is it possible?

At this time QuickTime 4 does not support MP3 streaming. Perhaps it will be added in the future betas or the final version. Remember this IS a beta.
