How do I get a .mov file from a digital camara into iMovie for editing. Does Quicktime pro do the conversion to .dv?

Yes it does. I've had to do it a few times. Quality is not very good after exporting to DV but then again, I'm not all that knowledgable about video.

QT pro does do it, it will look better if your soucre .mo is large in size... something that is 320 by xxx wont look good.
