divx sound problems

Hello!

Im a newbie to mac and am having some questions about watching divx movies.

so here it is. I did download the divx codec for macos x and it works nice with qt. the only problem is that it doesnt play any sound. What can i do? Where can i get codecs for AC3 and OGG ? Is there a bether player with sound support for X than QT ?

It'll play just about anything new. VCD, SVCD, Divx .mov and .avi
