I'm, running windows 2000 professional, with dual p2 450's 512 megs of ram, and scsi 2 ultra wide hard drives.... i dont think it's the system... also i have an asus mother board......... Dont know the model.......

Also i have a Panasonic PV-DV910...

i usualy do video editing, fraim grabing with my Mac laptop. but the ac, board on that is messed up right now...... and with the mac i have NEVER had 1 single problem..........

The laptop is a wallstreet 292 with like 320 megs of ram, and i use

Try disabling the "RadDV Codec" in your extension manager. If it's there.

I *think* he means that he is running it under w2k pro. I've never had a problem with premier, i love it. But then again, I use it on a mac. I think this would be the wrong forum for this... Ask the boys over at Ars, they might be able to help you out.
