A friend have burned some movies on a cd for me,BUT,he is (off course:mad on a Windows puter. If I put the cd in my imac 400,I get the message, disk not found. They are in avi format, and she used DIVX 3/4 as codec?? (I really don't know **** about movie codecs)
What do I need to plat them on my Mac?If it is possible at all??

Well, looks like your problem is with the CD format itself...
You can't even mount the disc? Which OS Are you using? OS 9? Try it in X if you can...

I think the problem is indeed the CD.I installed DIVX and Mediaplyer 6.3 (thanks, cdhostage!!) but when I put the cd in,I still get a error message in the finder, saying something like "disk 1123456-6511 can't be found"
Must be something with a file name or a burning format?
