Damn, I came across one a few weeks ago, and to say thye least it looked weird. I'm not used to seeing something QT-based in its own oddly-shaped window. But it is quite possible!
EZ already said that Apple only shows How to make them. So EZ obviously already knows about the tutorial. I had tried to make a skin.... it sorta worked. I'm not going to upload it though.
