How can I down frame a clip to 24fps in FCP?

	I would like to reduce a clip's frame rate to 24fps, but all the usual methods are buggy and make the clips choppy. Any ideas? ------------------ -Bizzare Specs: PowerBook (Firewire), 500 mHz, 256 MB RAM, 18 GB HD, AirPort, OS 9.0.4
