Does anyone have authoritative info about whether or not Final Cut Pro 3 has integrated the Film Logic software that Apple acquired this year?

For those of you who may not be familiar with the original application, it was an add-on to FCP that allowed the program to read telecine transfer database information and extract frame edge codes for projects acquired on film. I believe that it also supported reverse telecine and generated the necessary information for the neg-cutter once editing was complete.

Someone out there with more direct experience using Film Logic may want to add their comments, criticisms and observations on the tool.

AFAIK, it hasn't been implemented yet. You'll have to wait for FCP 4
