MacRT Card keeps crashing 733MHz

can anyone help ?? i have installed a macrt card with final cut pro 2 it keeps crashing the mac when you drag a clip to the time line - it also does not render sametimes - we have had a few tech around to check the install - can one help as matrox uk dont have a much support -
