I thought this was an available feature. I cannot seem to find it anywhere in the software. Does it need a plug-in or something?
What's the deal with Star Wars severed limbs?

There is this button on the lower edge you can move left or right to fast or slow. Pick a clip and you can set its speed with this button

The window where you can see the clips and both audio tracks. Its right below the second audio track.
