quicktime pro recovery?

I *had* quicktime pro but I had some repairs done on my iBook and the hard drive had to be erased...I didn't have the reg. number for QT pro written down anywhere...does anyone know if there's anyway to recover that from anywhere? Obviously it's not on the drive, but is there anyway to get it from apple?
