This is interesting and wierd. One of our guys decided to update Quicktime 3 to 5 by selecting the Quicktime Update application / installer. This was about 4:40 p.m.
He noticed that it said something about Freehand. This was at the end of the day. He closed everything up and shut the computer down.
This morning it was noticed that he was running Freehand 9.0.1 instead of 9.0. Quicktime hadn't been updated. When checking the log it showed that the Freehand update was installed at 4:44pm. Also checking information from the Freehand application and folder confirmed this.
Could Quicktime have linked with Macromedia to update Freehand??? I honestly don't believe it's possible.
I checked to see if someone else could have installed it. That didn't happen. It's just downright WEIRD
Has anyone run into something like this before???? Thanks in advance for your help!
