QT5 and MPEG2

Apple said befor that QT5 would support MPEG2.

Does any one know if this is still on track?? I assume that iDVD and DVD Studio Pro (Both can create Mpeg2 files) are doing it through QT5...

Can any one confirm/comment on this???

it's in the doc, dvd studio pro comes with a mpeg 2 encoder (QT)
