How do I add an audio track to an already existing QT movie clip? Is there some sort of shareware app (OS X) that does this? It seems like it should be an easy thing to do, but I can't figure out how.

it's quite easy with Quicktime Pro ($30). Copy the video and from the Edit menu choose Add or Add Scaled to add it to the audio. With Add, it starts wherever the you are in the movie at the time. For synchronization fine tuning, check out this guy's guide for synching video
