Digital S to G4?

I've got a JVC digital S camcorder (model # DY700U) and I'm looking for an easy way to get the analog video signal into my G4/500 and edit in Premier. Anyone have an easy way to do this? Most clips will ultimately go onto an intranet site, so no real high quality is needed. Plan on compressing with Cleaner 5. Any suggestions/comments, etc. would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I'd just copy the footage onto DV tape and import into the G4 via FireWire. This assumes, of course, that you know someone willing to let you use a DV camera or DV deck.

I've never heard anything great about media transcoders such as Sony's.
