Anyone here own a Sony DCR-PC110?

I just ordered one and it should be here this week. It seems like a really nice DV cam and apparently it takes a pretty good pic as well.
I plan on using it for home video (obviously) and also converting my old VHS tapes to DVD. My wife wants to start taking digital pics, so the better resolution pictures that the PC110 can take was a major plus.
So, anyone with some first hand info?
