QT4 Streaming Video Through a Firewall

Is anyone else having problems gettting streaming video to work behind a firewall?
I've tried a number of different proxy settings, none of which seem to work.

I could not watch the keynote behind my ISDN-router... No proxy but dynamic IP. Got it working when using my 33.6 modem instead.
