Howdy,

I'm doing a little amateur video production using a digital camera, Mac OS 9 and iMovie.

Everything is going swimmingly.

Except when I reboot to Mac OS X to use the SMB file transfer feature.

Under Mac OS X I open up iMovie in classic mode I get a message "Quicktime Firewire DV is not installed, you will not be able to use your digital camera". (Paraphrased).

Reboot again to Mac OS 9 and everythings dandy again.

Not a huge problem, but slightly annoying, is there some plug-in I need to download for Mac OS X? It's not an easy one to put into a search engine.

You need to use the OSX version of iMovie.

Firewire does not work in Classic.
