Saving a stream?

Hello,
Is it possible to SAVE to disk a (live) internet stream in QuickTime 4.0? I have the Pro version, and was surprized that this was not possible. I wanted to save Steve Jobs' keynote address from MacWorld NY '99 and was unable to do so... Any help is appriciated, Thanks! (Please e-mail responces.)
