How to install QT 4.1 ?

I have downloaded all the files from ftp.euro.apple.com.
QuickTime Installer
VISEData
VISEICat
VISEICat.idx
How can i now install quicktime without an internet connection... I tried several things. Renaming the VISEdata file, maybe i lost type/creator settings thru anarchie download? Does anybody have a solution?
