Guys,

I'm thinking of investing in this 5 speaker package.
I have read many good things about it.

Just wondering if it'll work with an ibook if anyone has 1st hand experience using this speaker system?
I assume it comes with a minijack plug so I can hook it into the headphone jack on the iBook.

First, I want to clarify, it's not what most people refer to a 5 speaker system. It's a 4.1 system. They do have 2 minijacks for front and rear. With just 1 headphone jack, you can hit the m3d button(surround effect that doesn't rape the sound too bad) to get audio on all four speakers. They also have screw down type connectors so you can use regular speaker cable to run the satellites. They are excellent for computer speakers, and get quite loud. You might need to adjust your eq to compensate for heavy bass though.
