Exporting CD Playlists?

I'm trying to build a catalog of my CD collection (I have a LOT). I'm wondering if there's a way through SoundJam (I have 2.5.2) or iTunes or some other app to export all of the CD's information (Artist, Title, Song Titles, etc.) to a text file for easy import into FileMaker.

Any suggestions?
