Is there a source for downloading Apple ads and promotional trailers? How about the demos used on display models in stores?

The in store demos are not public. Only Apple authorized dealers have them as far as I know.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately they're all copy-protected. If there is some special method of saving them I sure don't know it.

Ok, I just over to one of links that I posted and downloaded one of the commercials and was able to save it using Quicktime Pro 4.1.2.
To be able to save it you have to be using Pro. To the far right on the player there is a pop down menu that gives you options. One of the options is save as Quicktime Movie then it asked you where you want to save it. That's pretty much the only way I know of saving them.

Click on the "click to play" thing, and then when teh movie appears, go to the View menu and hit View Source in Netspace, or do the equivalent in IE (I have a button on the butotn bar to view source in IE, so can't remember the menu location...)

Now, Apple-A, Apple-C (select all and copy the source), and paste it into a text editor.

Now hit the find hotkey - and type ".mov".
The first occurence is "clicktoplay.mov" - skip it, hit Apple-G to find the next occurence in most text editors/word processors.
This filename will match the wanted ad.
Now, copy the URL, and download it with Interarchy, or whatever you like
