Is there anyway to include a Quicktime Player in a Visual Basic project? Installing RealPlayer or WindowsMediaPlayer yields a components library so that they may be dropped into applications. Does Quicktime not have a class reference that can be made available in VB? I'm working a small personal project and would like to use QT if possible (because I convinced the dude I'm writing it for to go QT -- I hate to reneg and tell him he'll have to get RP or WMP). Rats!
Next, I authored a QT movie last night (on my Mac at home). I preceded the video with a 10 second aiff file. However, when I present the movie in full screen mode it totally skips the audio file and starts immediately where the video starts. Is there a workaround for this? Is this a bug or am I missing something? I tried putting the sound file at the end and -- no problem. It displays a blank screen and plays the sound (which is what I want it to do BEFORE the video).
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If no other workaround, make a 1 second black clip and put it before the sound file.

I don't know about visual basic.

Thanks Drewman,
That seems like it should work whether or not I find an answer to why it behaves that way.
I guess I should probably go to the Apple tech exchange with my VB\QT question. I can't believe that Apple wouldn't make a plug-in available for VB (they already have QT for windows and plug-ins for windoze browsers.) It would require zero work on their part and give people like me a subtle forum for exposing Windoesn't 98 users to Mac software
