Different Resolutions ??

	When transferring from TV [ntsc] to the cpu [apple = hehe]....... will the video quality be better if I record at DVD resolution? or will it be as good as the original source [since it's starting out on a lower resolution = tv]? how about the audio, if I upsample it before I press onto DVD? will it make a difference for TV recordings if I use vcd as the final format versus DVD?
