My QT 4.1 don't play everytime some movies. I must restart with only the QT extensions to play the movies. Can anyone help me?

That sounds like a serious extensions conflict! Have you tried using Standard Set through Extensions Manager. If QT4 appears to be conflicted with a basic OS9 installation, there's something wrong. You may have to go for a clean install or reinstall QT4 at the very least. Have you checked that you have all the most recent firmware and rom updates?

So many things don't yet work properly with OS9 I'd maybe consider sticking with 8.6 for a while, especially on an older machine.

well, i Mac rev/B OS 8.6 Danish - before QT 4.0, now QT 4.1 - but I still cannot view embedded .mov in Netscape (4.7.1). They download to the cache, but no streaming. Modem is 56 K, connection is fine and so is the weather... but here's the catch:

It's not consistant! Sometimes - and don't ask me when (extensions overload or conflict...) - it DOES work. But more often not. Most often, in fact. Like almost every time - and I had until writing this totally accepted that I can't get it to work. But ...

Anybody have a viable solution?
